In effort to do our part in keeping the community safe, we are happy to announce our services are available to you via telemedicine. 

Telemedicine (also referred to as "telehealth" or "e-health") allows health care professionals to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in remote locations using telecommunications technology. Telemedicine allows patients to access medical expertise quickly, efficiently and without traveling to a physician's office - while limiting exposure and practicing social distancing.

Here is how it works:

Complete our HPI form (History of Present Illness), sign our consent to treat and acknowledgement of services and pay the telehealth fee. A qualified medical practitioner will reach out to you within 2 hours to assist you.
